Krishna and Satyaki insult each other

Krishna smiled and said I am aware of your valor. I want to hear from you. I know you fought with Karna once and then had to flee. You fought Drona and there too you fled. Bhurisharava would have killed you, if Arjuna had not intervened. You killed Bhurishrava when he was nearly dead, with his hands cut off. You are not fit to be a hero. Go elsewhere and set your own clan.

All who heard this wondered. Satyaki was very dear to Krishna. How could Krishna say this to him?

Satyaki had been drinking. He started shivering in rage. He said - How dare you talk to me thus? You think no one knows off your great deeds? You knew of the attack on the sons of Pandavas thus you told them to sleep elsewhere. You used cunning methods to win the battle, and then you sit, praised by all. You are s shrewd person, a sinner. You grew up among the cow herds of Vrindavana and are thus known as Gopala. You have become proud. How could you insult me? When Yudhistira performed the Rajsuya sacrifice, Bhishma suggested that you be worshiped. Many kings protested. You did not say anything. I even doubt your parentage. Vasudeva Vasudeva had gone to attend the swayamvara of the daughter of the king, Devak. Your father, seeing her, captured and took her away forcibly. Your father was attacked by the other suitors. My father helped Vasudeva escape. Somdatta was a person was defeated. He had then prayed to avenge the insult and Bhurishrava was born.
Pandavas are dear to you. You brought about their downfall. It is because of you, that they lost their dear ones.
